In the fall of 2022, Sunrise had teamed up with Lee Kennedy Co. to renovate the Center for Health Sciences at Mass Bay Community College. The redevelopment had been to benefit the Early Childhood and Human Services Departments and provide students with a new and improved workspace. SEI scope of work included:

  • EFCO Aluminum Curtainwall and Storefront
  • Old Castle Glass
  • Americlad Sunshades
  • Americlad Metal Plate Panels
  • Americlad Mechanical Roof Screen

Working alongside architectural company Sasaki Associates, Inc., Sunrise was able to finish up this job in late 2023.
