In 2020, SEI was brought on by the Brait Builders out of Marshfield, MA to help renovate two of the three elementary schools in Watertown, MA. Hosmer & Cuniff Elementary Schools went through a significant renovation period, along with additions and rebuild as part of the Watertown Building of the Future Project. Sunrise’s scope of work included the two educational structure’s entire facade, using ACM & Parklex Phenolic Panels. Additionally, our team took on the install of Knight Wall Sub-Framing & Mineral Wool Insulation.
Alongside the Architectural Group Ai3 Architects, who were head of the Project Design team, Sunrise was able to help instate the innovative design of both schools.
