Brian joined the Sunrise team in December of 2013 and has since grown to become the leader of our estimating department. He holds a Master of Architecture degree from Northeastern University and has a keen ability to conceptualize. Brian is detail-oriented with a firm understanding of building enclosure systems and industry best practices. He focuses primarily on budgeting and sourcing manufacturers related to metal panel and glazing scopes during the initial bid phase and acts as the main point of contact for pricing inquiries and bid packages. When Brian isn’t busy working on estimates, you will find him assisting our junior estimators, mentoring them through takeoffs or pricing.
