Team Sunrise recently completed work at 730-750 Main Street in Cambridge — an exciting redevelopment project led by the MIT Investment Management Company (MITIMCo).
This sharp-looking property, which formerly housed the Polaroid Company, has been extensively renovated to accommodate a mix of laboratory, office and retail uses while respecting the historic nature of the buildings’ façades. As the new home of the MIT venture capital firm The Engine, the complex will serve as a hub where sponsors of breakthrough ideas in “tough tech” can grow their businesses by converging with science and engineering talent, experts, policymakers, and investors.
The scope of work for Sunrise included the furnishing and installation of ACM, phenolic panels, insulated metal panels, and louvers.
