At Sunrise, we pride ourselves on our ability to design, develop and build full-scale mockups under one roof. With just a schematic mockup design we will develop a detailed set of shop drawings, including the steel structure, framing and sheathing, and any type of façade components desired for the project.
We have designed mockups with interchangeable panel systems that can be switched on the spot to help architects decide on the direction of their building. Sunrise will also coordinate with masons or any other trades to come to our shop and erect their portion of the work.
Providing this service much earlier in the design phase has proven to be a monumental benefit not only to aid in design decisions but to hash out potential constructability issues. Mockups can also be designed to load onto a flatbed trailer and be delivered to a job site should that benefit the project.
