“MJ” came back to the Sunrise team as an estimator during the summer of 2018, though he had already had a history with the company. Years earlier, he worked as a shop laborer in our fabrication plant — an opportunity that allowed him to truly understand our operation from the inside out. Michael uses his experience as a glazer from Local 1044 when estimating glass and glazing packages.
