Mike Stags, a veteran of Sunrise, plays a key role in our PM staff, with a day-to-day that involves overseeing several of our smaller, specialty projects. He is a true problem-solver, with an impressive attention to detail. Stags’ expertise and leadership have been a profound asset to our team over the years. As a senior project manager his role is to plan, direct, manage and provide oversight of assigned design and construction façade projects to ensure that the goals and objectives of the architect, engineer, design team, general contractor and owner are accomplished within a prescribed schedule and budget parameters as well as interact with fabrication and logistics for our myriad products and services. Equally important is to encourage and promote the Sunrise spirit and work ethic in this challenging industry.
