SEI is excited to announce that we have been awarded the exterior glazing and metal panel package scope of work for Wakefield High! The new 260,000 square feet, net zero readybuilding expands the usable space available to students beyond the confines of the traditional school building.
The scope of the project includes but is not limited to: 17,400 sq.ft. of triple glazed curtain wall, aluminum doors, glass canopy, aluminum sunshades. 6,500 sq.ft. of aluminum composite panels, 8,200 sq.ft. of corrugated metal panels, and 6,900 sq.ft. of acoustic screen.
Facade work has started in the Summer of 2025 and is on track to run through the end of the year.
