This impressive new development for Gillette Stadium is a three-level structure will more than double the square footage of the team’s current footprint located inside Gillette Stadium. Sunrise was brought on by Suffolk Construction to aid design-assist efforts on the new facility. Our scope of work includes 9,700 sq.ft. of pre-glazed windows, 1,400 sq.ft. of curtainwall, 25,000 sq.ft. of insulated metal panel, and 1,000 sq.ft. of Nichiha. This fast-tracked installation kicked-off in May of 2025 and shortly wrapped up in October of 2025.
Additional scope includes 14th floor aluminum soffit panels and aluminum corrugated panel screen wall. Leading the project for Sunrise are Jack Sherman (Project Executive) and Matt O’Brien (Project Manager).
