Right next to the Hotel Commonwealth (project completed in 2015), is the Beacon Building. Located in Kenmore Square, Sunrise finished the redevelopment project at one of Boston’s most iconic neighborhoods in. The Beacon Building is 196,000 sq. ft. of life-science labs and workspace. SEI’s scope of work entailed the installation of the ES-7525 Curtainwall frame, which were fabricated and pre-glazed at our Mansfield location.
