Sunrise will be teaming up with Lendlease and TAT on construction of the 12-acre, 555,000-square-foot Clippership Wharf site. The goal of the project is to transform an underutilized section of the East Boston Waterfront into an active, publicly accessible extension of Maverick Square and the surrounding East Boston neighborhood. The design includes four buildings with a combined 478 units, retail space, and above-ground parking. Sunrise is set to install around 105,000 square feet of Trespa wall panels — in six different colors — ACM panels, soffits, canopies, and a Corium brick rainscreen system with two glazed colors. Work is projected to start in November of 2017.
