Clippership Wharf
Sunrise teamed up with Lendlease and The Architectural Team (TAT) on construction of this vibrant, new mixed-use community on a previously underutilized section of the East Boston waterfront.
Consisting of four buildings on 12 acres, the development includes 478 residential units; a mix of community, restaurant, and recreational uses; and direct access to the waterfront with some of the most striking views of downtown Boston along the Boston Harbor.
The goal of the Clippership Wharf project was to transform the site into an active, publicly accessible extension of Maverick Square and the surrounding East Boston neighborhood.
Sunrise installed more than 100,000 sq. ft. of Trespa wall panels — in six different colors — along with ACM panels, soffits, canopies, and a Corium brick rainscreen system with two glazed colors.
