Bryant University AIC
The new 48,000 sq. ft. Academic Innovation Center (AIC) at Bryant University opened to rave reviews by students and faculty in September 2016 and has since been awarded the national grand prize for outstanding design and architecture in the College Planning and Management’s 17th annual Education Design Showcase.
The AIC was designed with the intent of creating an open, interactive space for students — the classrooms and corridors were designed to encourage dialogue and collaboration.
Sunrise’s scope included both the exterior and interior: glazed aluminum curtain wall, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, glazing, mirrors, and folding glass partitions.
