Located in Waltham, this three-story, 145,000 sq. ft. life science office building is part of greater Boston’s largest multi-tenant lab campus outside of Cambridge. Together with an adjacent office building at 830 Winter Street, it’s now part of a campus that includes a parking garage, central courtyard, and a variety of on-site amenities.
Sunrise’s scope of work consisted of both exterior and interior improvements, including:
16,000 sq. ft. of aluminum curtainwall (EFCO Corp.), glass and glazing (Oldcastle Glass)
19,000 sq. ft. of ACM panels (Arconic)
12,000 sq. ft. of corrugated metal panels (Centria)
10,000 sq. ft. of insulated metal panels (Centria)
