the 300 Binney Street Project in Cambridge is a 225,000+ square foot redevelopment of the laboratory space, including two levels of penthouse & mechanical roof screen. Team Sunrise’s scope of work includes:
New Entrance Lobby Curtainwall
Modifications / Additions to existing Curtainwall
Terracotta Baguettes / Panels
ACM Panels
New Penthouse and Mechanical Screen
Though this project has a small curtainwall scope yet was a complicated one due to the demolition and integration of the existing curtainwall system. Overall, the team crushed this one and SEI is impressed with the final results.
