AC Hotel

One of the first AC Hotel by Marriott properties on the East Coast, this 95,000 sq. ft., 200-room hotel was designed with the millennial traveler in mind. Standing six stories tall, the hotel offers a number of amenities, including a bar and lounge area, fitness center, indoor pool, conference rooms and more.

Sunrise’s scope included installation of ACM panels, corrugated panels, custom extruded aluminum fins, curtain wall and glazing.

Revere Hotel

Sunrise teamed up with Cafco Construction and C7A to assist in creating a fresh new look for the former Radisson Boston building’s outdated concrete exterior. The end result was a new independent luxury hotel now known as “Revere Boston.”

Sunrise’s part in the transformation involved the furnish and install of new steel windows and an intricate glass canopy.

Yotel Hotel

Located in the heart of the Seaport District, this 12-story “microluxury” hotel was designed with the modern business traveler in mind. Each of its 326 cabin-style rooms have a futuristic design featuring signature Yotel adjustable SmartBeds with luxury bedding, monsoon rain showers, adjustable mood lighting, many power connectivity ports, and smart TVs.

Sunrise’s scope included both the exterior and the interior: ACM panels, ACM custom columns, glass rails, revolving door, curtainwall frames and glazing, aluminum entrances with automatic operators, folding aluminum doors, interior wood pocket sliding doors with custom glass, and glass shower enclosures with custom signature patterns for all rooms.

Hotel Commonwealth

Located in Kenmore Square with direct views of Fenway Park, Hotel Commonwealth welcomed the addition of 96 new rooms and more than 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space as part of a $55 million expansion and renovation project completed in 2015.

Sunrise installed the complete exterior façade, including aluminum curtainwall, aluminum storefront, perforated garage screen, composite metal panels, ultra-high performance concrete panels, perforated single skin equipment screen, insulated metal panels, louvers, air and vapor barrier, thermally broken exterior framing and insulation, and all interior glass and glazing.
