Sunrise Is Named a Top Workplace by Boston Globe

In December of 2025, Sunrise Erectors, Inc. was delighted to find ourselves on the Boston Globe’s 2025 Top Places to Work list. SEI placed 2nd in the Large Company category (250–999 employees), beating partners like Consigli Construction. It is also worth noting that our Sunrise Daycare and our CEO,

The pieces highlighted how impactful and supportive our in-house daycare is to our employees’ everyday schedules. Commutes are cut shorter and made more enjoyable by allowing parents to spend that time with their children. Andy Erickson was also included in the article, speaking on what it means to be a good leader and how strong leadership is essential to driving morale in the workplace.
