Sunrise is nearing the finish line on the 500 Forge project in Watertown, an exciting new development on the Arsenal Yards campus.
The latest addition to the new life sciences campus, the building consists of nearly 160,000 sq. ft. of lab and office space and will welcome tenants Orna Therapeutics and AvenCell Therapeutics beginning in early 2023.
The Sunrise field team has been busy installing Taktl panels as well as tackling some interior work — including the installation of SaftiFirst fire-rated doors in the interior vestibule at the South Garage entrances.
The scope of work includes the entire exterior façade.
