Analog Devices Global Headquarters
The project, spanning over a 40-acre campus in Wilmington, included the construction of a 175,000-SF office and R&D building, a 50,000-SF community hub building and a 670-space parking garage, as well as the renovation of ADI’s existing Wilmington facilities.
Scope of work included the furnish & install of: pre-glazed aluminum curtainwall (ES Windows/Tecnoglass), stick built aluminum curtainwall, aluminum doors and hardware, folding glass partitions, structurally glazed glass fin wall (Sentech Architectural Systems, LLC), skylights (Acurlite Structural Skylights, Inc.), exterior shading fins (Levolux), air and vapor barrier, insulation, thermally broken furring, composite metal panels (Vitrabond), flush metal panels, corrugated metal panels (Morin, A Kingspan Group Company), expanded metal mesh, phenolic panels, acoustic panels, and linear metal ceiling.
